W_Knight strikes again

W_Knight has struck again, After we recovered our main channel from him and
his wargame group, TDR, He tried several times to attack us again.

Finally, he was able to cheat ops by stealing the nick of an op he flooded
off with his botnet.

We are trying various solutions but a timed lockout on the nicks of ops
that quit seems the best solution.

In the attached log, W_Knight uses various addys.  As "medea", from some
addy in Finland, he repeatedly switches nicks to those of ops that quit,
trying to intercept a lagged +o mode.  He was finally successful and pulled
off a mass deop.

Have you received any feedback as to other possible solutions to this
loophole?
