        * s_bsd.c/inetport(): report_error() should not be used.
        * s_user.c/m_nick(): empty user and host in collisions.
        * res.c/proc_answer(): possible buffer overflow.
        * s_conf.c: erroneous IsIllegal() traps removed.
        * res.c/get_res(): "Wrong reply type looking up..." fixed
          for IPv4 names on INET6 enabled servers.
        * mod_socks.c: deal with broken socks4 proxies.
        * mod_socks.c: backported megaparanoid option.
