This maybe a FAQ, or a known issue, I'd like to know if the feature is justIRCNet's policy is against Nick registration...
one that may be implemented in the future, or it will never be, just
because ircnet policy, or something other reason.
The ircd will never handle Nick Registration but if you wish to run a IRCNet based server with Nick Registration services, there are various services available on the Net.
