I have successfully compliled the server and the server starts. I have verified it with netstat -al. I have port scanned the Linux box and the port it open. But when I try connecting to the server I get a connection refused, and the ircd port closes. I have a feeling my problem is in my ircd.conf. I have enclosed it for you all to look at. I looking for the server to run as a company wide standalone chat server. Its running on Red Hat 6.2 all libs installed.
