urgent help


   how  to enable my ircd to communicate wit hsome other ircd server 

  i have installed ircd 2.9.5 on my test system  2 mechines running redhat linux 6.1, both running ircd 2.9.5 
 but not communicating with each other 

 i have to port it on production system but unable to ma

 please guide me , how do i configure it
