Finally long awaited version 2.10.3p1 of the IRC Software
has been released.
This is bugfix release only.
However, the number of bugs fixed is so significant, that we
encourage everyone to upgrade. The complete and detailed list
of changes is held in doc/ChangeLog.
Bugs should be reported to ircd-bugs@xxxxxxx, see the INSTALL
file for details.
