I guess sometimes it can be difficult to tell the difference between
bugs and features. For example, try /topic !aaa on a 2.10.3 server,
and compare with an earlier server version. Is this a bug and needs
fixing? Or is it ok? And is there a list of bugs anywhere? (besides
common/BUGS in the source)

I'm more than willing to help if I'm able to - if anyone wants to throw
anything my way. Are there more new features to be implemented in 2.11
besides uid? (which I assume Beeth will be personally taking care of)
