This is true, but standard eggdrop behaviour is to 'punish' nickfloods,
and not everyone is able to change this. Takeover people know this, and
use it to their advantage.

Of course, even with ignore, there will still be a little internal
overhead on each nick change while the bot decides whether or not this
should be ignored.
