An other way to avoid attaks can be to hide ALL user's mask.

But the change from Lamer!llama@xxxxxxxxxxx to
Lamer!llama@UNIQUEUSERID is very hard to have.

It needs more database resources (resolve id to real hosts), and
so on.

Not to mention backward compatibility....... highly hard to have
this manner.
