+e/+I modes

well, on IRCnet the ircd's +e and +I modes are not hidden from outsiders.
I think it should
so, any user is now able to do /mode #chanenl +e of /mode #channel +I to
get the execption list or the invitatin list ...

i think it's a good thing to put in the next release, isn't it ?
