The second beta release of the IRC software version 2.10.3 is
now available: ftp://ftp.irc.org/irc/server/BETA/irc2.10.3b7.tgz
This version mostly brings bug fixes, and improvements to
iauth (in particular, the socks module checks against both v4
and v5 protocols).
As usual when we are approaching a release, a beta version is
announced on this list to be more widely tested.
