This is the I line I am using:

I:*::*:6667:1

And this is one of the Y lines I am using:

Y:1:90:0:50:100000:10:10   - but I also tried it without the last 10:10.

This is just a server for a few people to connect to- I am not a leaf
node or connecting to some other IRC network.
