I am pleased to announce the donation of an Insure++ license
by ParaSoft Corporation for IRC development purposes.
Insure++ is a very thorough C/C++ runtime error detection
tool. The license has been allocated to a solaris system
hosting a production IRCNet server which will run development
releases of the IRC Software.
