You'll need a patch for that, check
ftp.asu.net/pub/irc/servers/ircnet/2.10/patches/irc2.10.0p5+ace2.patch
Its based on the +Sc patches which already contain /kline
You might have to do some changes to get em to work with .2b3, dunno
havent had a chance to check/port yet.
