Yes, sure, but actually it's not that difficult to change the code to create
something like chanserv, as I did with 2.9.5 for Krameria Net. Just don't
be afraid. I spent only ~2 months to write services which satisfied us *sigh*.
If anybody wants something like this, feel free to email me.
