Quite often people get op on join, whether it's requested from a bot or a
person does it.

People can be flooded out in a matter of 3-4 seconds.

I don't have access to all these things that war groups are known to use,
such as lagging servers, flooding clients, etc... But I think you've
probably heard of a couple of these instances. I realize this is not a
number one priority. But it might be fairly easy to implement, just like
'PRIVMSG Nick!Uid@Host'.
