Iam havin two problems, questions, however you wanna call it :)
1) why, if i try to /topic a non-existing channel, the server means i need
to be registered first? why isnt it just saying "You're not in this channel" ?
2) Some Nicks like anonymous, Nickserv or chanserv should be blocked by the
nickserver. so you cant /nick them. Anonymous just because on +a Channels
the nick displayed is anonymous; and nickserv& chanserv because of possible
abuse...
well, that were just comments... :)
