IRC 2.9.5 problem

Hi:

I´m installing irc 2.9.5 server on a linux machine (Red hat 5.0) and
everything went ok, but when I try to access my irc server twice from the
same IP, the error message I get in the second conection is:

**** Error closing link:: pepe[unknown@xxxxxxxxxxxx] (Too many conections)

How can I configure my server to accept more than one conection from a
single IP?
