However, if you wished to change a ban (for example,
*!*rientjes@*.whidbey.net to *!*@*.whidbey.net), and the max bans had
already been reached, you could unban the banmask however not reset it
unless you removed more to get below the limit.

All in all, the MAXBANS can vary from server-to-server but it is
preferred, and even probably recommended, to have them to same (or close).
