Nope..
But I think it'd be a great idea if on the third/fourth/fifth nick change
within a minute (or some such period) the client was given a notice and
set +r(estricted).
That would certainly get rid of all the nickflooders AND 'nickflood
spammers' (I suppose everyone remembers that compuserve.com bot which
changes its nick (XYASYSD etc.) after sending a massmessage). It would
also help tracking down flooders, as the amount of nick changes in a
minute would be limited. Plus it would help individuals kicking people off
their channels as the 'evil people' couldn't just keep changing
nicks when they have been banned..)
The "User x has been set +r(estricted)" notice could appear on &local or
¬ices - I don't believe it would break any privacy.
What do people think about this ?
