I live on IRCnet.. but a little birdy tells me that strobing a certain port
or an EFnet ircd server causes the timestamps to reset.. allowing for
simple takeovers.  With serverops on merge, and smooshed timestamps, the
channel is up for grabs..  least that's what i'm told..
