I'm sorry to notice undernet no longer has Cserve on his ftp server.
Official CServe download site is <http://www.cs.cuc.edu/~mdabrows/cserve/>
But a few weeks ago I tried and it was down.
I suggest to eventually ask to the author, Michael Dabrowski
