Question about services

Hello people,

I was asking myself what would happen enabling the section named "use
services"
on config.h

I'm using ircd 2.9.2PL3 to put up a server, if I'll define this, would I be
able to have a chanserv and nickserv? And if not, where I can find good
software to run them?
