	Announcing irc 2.9.2 PL 2

Release 2.9.2 PL 2 of the IRC software contains several
important bug fixes.  There is no new feature.

All releases of the software are subject to a bug in DNS
routines that can be exploited to cause several breakage of
the irc network.
Therefore, I strongly recommend that you upgrade ASAP.

This release also fixes a bug present since 2.8.x which has
become serious with 2.9.x and is known to cause unneeded
SQUITs and break the network.  All HUB servers should
greatly benefit from this.
