This idea was brought before as the "FNC (forced nick
change)" and a www page dedicated to the idea by the author
(I can't recall who, may be altavista can help).

But anyway, this is not good for various reasons which
should become obvious when you start thinking of the
implementation. (I'd give them if I could _remember_ them,
but I'd rather not state vague souvenirs which might be bad
arguments.)  The idea seems nice first, but if you dig it,
you find annoying problems.
