2.9.3b10 can be found at http://www.stealth.net/~kalt/irc2.9.3b10.tgz

This is a *BETA* version, and is not recommended for use in
production.  However, it makes new features as well as many
bug fixes since 2.9.2 available.  People interested in
testing and/or trying it out should check the doc/ directory
for detailed information.

Notable changes since 2.9.2:

	* server-server compressed link support
	* virtual IP support
	* improved (faster) io loops
